We don’t run a paid status page yet. For incident notifications, email support@forgeengine.io and ask to be added to the operational mailing list. We post post- mortems within 14 days of any user-visible incident lasting more than 15 minutes.

What we measure

API health: a public endpoint that exercises the request path, database connectivity, and queue dispatch.
Worker queue depth: jobs waiting more than 30 minutes count as a soft degradation signal.
Stripe webhook delivery: failed deliveries on billing events page on- call directly.
